Gen X independent artist, SINNES, has been songwriting and noise-arranging since 2020. Her lyrical stylings are rooted in rhyme and self-reflection, encouraging positivity and playfulness over pity and pain so that you can dance yourself out of the mubble-fubbles.

Having DJ-ed D’n’B in the 90’s and Noughties under the moniker Lady Cheung, her vibe draws on Electronica, Rave and Rock, Hip-Hop andPop.

Recorded and produced at Start Together Studio by Rocky O’Reilly, “DragThemDown” is SINNES debut release. This AltRock protest song combines driving metal guitar riffs with dream-like pianos pulsing to four-on-the-floor drums. SINNES vocals are both aggressive and honeyed as she ruminates on the polarised discomfort of corporate obedience being maintained by fear of poverty and ladder-climbing. Kicking up or kicking down?…whichever way, it’s about to kick off; dark and deep, but you’re still gonna dance your way through it.
